Game Day Menu
It's a big game day here in the South - LSU versus Clemson in the NCAA National Championship. Who are you pulling for? Our Southern City New Orleans is sure to be a fun place to be today!
Even though my team is out, we still like to make a night of watching a big game like this. What's your favorite gameday food? Wings, tacos, pizza, etc.?
We always order pizza for the Super Bowl, but for tonight I am making my favorite guacamole recipe. It's based on the one at Rosa's Mexicano in NYC which is where I had it first. I find guacamole varies so much from one place to the next but a must for me is tomato. I love tomato in it and I don't particularly like lime juice.
