Process
Once you place your order, we'll follow up with you to clarify the design you're envisioning and begin the proofing process.

Lead Time
After approval, orders typically ship in 7 to 10 business days, depending on the time of year.

Return Address and/or Addressing
Either of these items can be added once we've begun proofing and discussing your order more in-depth.

What will they look like?
Please reference the design guides; there are tons of possibilities that are all included in any of the options here.

Please note, the welcome discount does not apply to custom thank you notes.

 When will my order ship?

We strive to ship our orders as quickly as possible.  For in-stock items, that's usually within 2 business days.

Many of our items are personalized and/or made-to-order, though, and therefore they will take longer to ship.  Generally speaking, made to order items will take 3 to 5 business days for production before they ship.  Please be aware that during the holiday season that production timeline can sometimes be longer.

Any personalized items will not go to production until you have approved the proof.  We can't be responsible for delays related to failure to approve a proof.

How will my order be shipped?

You are able to choose the option at checkout and we will use the option you selected.  Please note that orders of several items may arrive in multiple shipments.

What if something is lost or damaged in transit?

If you find there has been an issue with shipping, whether it's damaged in route or lost, please contact us at heyyall@shopsoutherncities.com so we can help to resolve the situation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do, but please note that delivery times can be long for international orders depending on what option you select.  Additionally, we are unable to be responsible for any customs fees assessed or delays related to customs.
