What if something is wrong on a personalized product?
If the order was approved and printed correctly, unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund in that case.  We will, however, offer a reduced cost on a re-order for you.  If the error was ours, we will of course fix it as promptly as possible at no cost.

I ordered the wrong size.  What should I do?
Please reach out to us directly and we will work with you to get the right size out to you and coordinate a return shipment.

I would like to return my non-personalized order.
No problem.  Please reach out to us heyyall@shopsoutherncities.com to let us know, and will give you instructions for returning your item.

I'm local in Charleston.  Can I pick up my order right away?
It depends! We will have to let you know based on our stock levels at that time.  Reach out to us and we can let you know what's available and when.
