Please keep in mind that the digital preview is just that - a rendering - and the photos of the actual product in real life are the best representation of how the finished item looks. We love the digital previews for the ability to try out your text, though!
LEAD TIME:
Non-personalized ornaments ship within 2 business days (sometimes as fast as same day!).
Personalized ornaments ship in 2-5 business days (please keep in mind the season in which you're ordering - October - December are always the busiest!).
BULK ORDERS:

PACKAGING:
These custom ornaments are packaged in a pretty navy blue or kraft gift box, subject to availability.
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship our orders as quickly as possible. For in-stock items, that's usually within 2 business days.
Many of our items are personalized and/or made-to-order, though, and therefore they will take longer to ship. Generally speaking, made to order items will take 3 to 5 business days for production before they ship. Please be aware that during the holiday season that production timeline can sometimes be longer.
Any personalized items will not go to production until you have approved the proof. We can't be responsible for delays related to failure to approve a proof.
How will my order be shipped?
You are able to choose the option at checkout and we will use the option you selected. Please note that orders of several items may arrive in multiple shipments.
What if something is lost or damaged in transit?
If you find there has been an issue with shipping, whether it's damaged in route or lost, please contact us at heyyall@shopsoutherncities.com so we can help to resolve the situation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do, but please note that delivery times can be long for international orders depending on what option you select. Additionally, we are unable to be responsible for any customs fees assessed or delays related to customs.
