This card can be ordered as is or you can choose to add a custom message, like "from the Reeds" or "from Birmingham."  Make sure to select that you want personalization and add in your message.  You can also use the personalization option to have an entirely different message if you want, like Happy Holidays or Merry Christmas.

Important: pay attention to your email!  If you have opted for personalization, we will be sending you a proof to ensure the final product is what you want.  

 When will my order ship?

We strive to ship our orders as quickly as possible.  For in-stock items, that's usually within 2 business days.

Many of our items are personalized and/or made-to-order, though, and therefore they will take longer to ship.  Generally speaking, made to order items will take 3 to 5 business days for production before they ship.  Please be aware that during the holiday season that production timeline can sometimes be longer.

Any personalized items will not go to production until you have approved the proof.  We can't be responsible for delays related to failure to approve a proof.

How will my order be shipped?

You are able to choose the option at checkout and we will use the option you selected.  Please note that orders of several items may arrive in multiple shipments.

What if something is lost or damaged in transit?

If you find there has been an issue with shipping, whether it's damaged in route or lost, please contact us at heyyall@shopsoutherncities.com so we can help to resolve the situation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do, but please note that delivery times can be long for international orders depending on what option you select.  Additionally, we are unable to be responsible for any customs fees assessed or delays related to customs.
