LEAD TIME:
Non-personalized ornaments ship within 2 business days (sometimes as fast as same day!).
Personalized ornaments ship 3 business days from APPROVAL date.

These custom ornaments are packaged in a pretty navy blue gift box.

IF YOU DO NOT APPROVE YOUR ORNAMENT WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE PROOF BEING SENT, WE WILL MAKE AND SEND THE ORNAMENT AS PROOFED. ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR DESIGN CHANGES ARE THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY AND FAILURE TO REVIEW YOUR PROOF WILL NOT RESULT IN A REFUND OF ANY KIND.*
 When will my order ship?
We strive to ship our orders as quickly as possible. For in-stock items, that's usually within 2 business days.
Many of our items are personalized and/or made-to-order, though, and therefore they will take longer to ship. Generally speaking, made to order items will take 3 to 5 business days for production before they ship. Please be aware that during the holiday season that production timeline can sometimes be longer.
Any personalized items will not go to production until you have approved the proof. We can't be responsible for delays related to failure to approve a proof.
How will my order be shipped?
You are able to choose the option at checkout and we will use the option you selected. Please note that orders of several items may arrive in multiple shipments.
What if something is lost or damaged in transit?
If you find there has been an issue with shipping, whether it's damaged in route or lost, please contact us at heyyall@shopsoutherncities.com so we can help to resolve the situation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do, but please note that delivery times can be long for international orders depending on what option you select. Additionally, we are unable to be responsible for any customs fees assessed or delays related to customs.
